Boiling Time: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 5 days at 68-72deg.
Secondary Fermentation: 9 days at 68-72deg.

Grain Bill:

14lbs. alexanders pale malt syup
12oz. 80* crystal
12oz. 120* crystal
6 tspn gypsum (we have very soft water)

Hop Bill:

60 min-1\4 oz chinook 14.5 aa.,3\4 oz.nugget 13.6 aa.,1 oz.cascade
6.9 aau.,

30 min- 2 oz. cascade 6.9 aau.,1\4 oz. ultra,1\4 oz.saaz

simmer-1 oz cascade 6.9 aau.

dry hop- 2oz cascade 6.9 aau in secondary(1oz.per carboy)

Mash Schedule:

heat 10 gal to 150 deg,add grains for 30 min while heating to 170
deg.remove grains,turn off heat ,add syrup and gypsum,bring to
a boil,follow hop schedule

Brewers Notes:

this beer tasted very much like mirror pond ale,in a side by side
taste test,the two beers were hard to tell apart.
