An extract kit where we add grain for extra body and finishing hops for aroma, very easy! Try this
with any extract kit for a customized brew.

3.3 lb. Bitter extract kit
3.3 lb. M&F light malt extract (unhopped)
1 lb. Dextrin malt grain (plus a steeping bag)
1 oz. Saaz hop pellets (from Idaho!)
1 packet of ale yeast
3/4 cup corn sugar for priming

Crush grain coarsely and place in steeping bag. Put bag in two gallons of cold water and slowly bring
to a boil - remove grain just before it boils (this a very simplistic extraction technique). Add malt
extracts and boil wort for 45 minutes. Add hops and boil for 15 more minutes.
