A beer similar to Victoria Bitter.
Ingredients.
1 can of Lager
400g light Malt Extract
200g Dried corn syrup
600g Glucose
15g Golden Cluster Hop Pellets.
Method:
Gently boil hop pellets in 1 litre of water for 10 mins. Mix the hops with the other ingredients
together with 2-3 litres of hot water. Add cold water to 22 litre mark. Add yeast after temp. drops
below 30.
