Boiling Time: 90 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days @ 65 f
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days @ 65 f

Hop Bill:

East Kent Goldings 1 ounce for 60 Minutes
Fuggles 1 ounce for 60 Minutes
East Kent Goldings .25 ounce for 45 Minutes
Fuggles .25 ounce for 45 Minutes
East Kent Goldings .50 ounce for 30 Minutes
Fuggles .50 ounce for 30 Minutes
East Kent Goldings .25 ounce for 15 Minutes
Fuggles .25 ounce for 15 Minutes

Mash Schedule:

Single Infusion of 1.25 qts. per Lb. of grain at 150 f for 60 minutes.
