20 lb. pale malt (american )
2 lb. crystal 60l (american)
1 lb. speacial roast (american)

Hop Bill:

1 oz. wye target pellet 11.0 alpha 26.3 ibu 120 min.
.50 oz. styrian goldings pellet 3.9 alpha 4.3 ibu 60 min.
.50 oz. hallertau hersbrucker pellet 5.2 alpha 5.7 ibu 60 min.
2.25 oz. styrian goldings pellet 3.95 alpha 5.2 ibu 15 min.

Mash Schedule:

single infusion mash 90 min. at 151f / 1qt for every lb.grain
sparge 75 min. at 170f / 2qt for every lb. grain.
