Boiling Time: 70 mins
Primary Fermentation: 4 days - 65f
Secondary Fermentation: 16 days - 68f

9 lbs Shriers Belgian Pale Ale
1.50 lbs Crystal 40L
.5 lb Cara-Pils Dextrine

Hop Bill:

2 oz Kent-Goldings 5% 60 mins
.5 oz Fuggles 4% 30 mins
.5 oz Fuggles 4% 15 mins
.5 oz Fuggles 4% dry hop

Mash Schedule:

1 qt to the lb
step 30 minutes as 124f
added 1.75 gallons boiling water - 153f 35 minutes
mashout 168f

Brewers Notes:

1 tsp gypsum in mash water
1 tsp gypsum in sparge water
1 tsp irish moss 15 minutes
