0.50 lb. Flaked Barley
9.00 lb. Pale Ale
1.00 lb. Crystal 40L

(These are just the hops I had at the time try Centenials to bitter and Tetts to finish.)

Hops:
1.00 oz. Cascade 5.9% 60 min
0.50 oz. Cascade 5.9% 30 min
0.50 oz. Fuggles 3.2% 5 min
0.50 oz. Styrian Golding 5.2% 5 min


Notes:
WYEAST 1098 British Ale or Dry Whitbread (same yeast)
1 Tbl Gypsum
Protein Rests:

134 F 30 min in up to 2 gal
Mash:
154F 1.5 Hr adding up to total of 4 gal
Mash out 168F 5 - 10 min
Sparge with 4 - 5 gal 170F
