Yeast: Wyeast 3787 (Trappist High Gravity)
Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 5 US Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.083
Final Gravity: 1.018
Alcohol Content: 8.52 %
Total Grains: 12 lbs.
Color: 41
Extract Efficiency: %
Hop IBU's: 27
Boiling Time: 60 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 1 week
Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks
Additional Fermentation:

Grain Bill:

1 lbs. Belgian Munich light malt (grain)
1 lbs. Belgian Pilsner (grain)
7 lbs. Amber Extract
0.5 lbs. Belgian biscuit (grain)
0.5 lbs. Special B (grain)
2 lbs. Sugar (Corn)

Hop Bill:

0.5 oz. Tettnanger Boil time 60 minutes
1 oz. Hallertauer Boil time 60 minutes
1 oz. Saaz (US) Boil time 5 minutes
0.5 oz Corriander Boil time 5 minutes

Mash Schedule:

mini-mash grains for 45 mintues, strain and then add extract and liquid corn sugar, then start your 60 minute boil time.

Brewers Notes:

1 oz Irish Moss in at last 15 minutes of boil.
