Final Gravity: 1.006
Alcohol Content: 7.1 %
Total Grains: 9 lb.
Color: orange

Hop IBU's:
Boiling Time: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 12 days@65'F
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days@65'F
Additional Fermentation: 14 days@32'F

Grain Bill:

5 lb Dingemann's pilsener malt
2 lb Dark Munich malt
1 lb flaked wheat
1 lb flaked oats
3 lb Vinotheque High Maltose Syrup

Hop Bill:

1/2 oz Saaz@4.0% AA (60)
1/2 oz Cascade@5.8% AA (60)
1/2 oz Saaz@4.0% AA (30)
1/2 oz Cascade@5.8% AA (30)
1/2 oz Saaz@4.0% AA (5)
1/2 oz Cascade@5.8% AA (5)
1/2 oz Saaz@4.0% AA (dry in primary)
1/2 oz Cascade@5.8 AA (dry in primary)

Mash Schedule:

Single infusion @ 147'F for 120 min.Mash out @ 170'F for 10 min.

Brewers Notes:

1/2 oz Bitter Orange (15 min boil)
1 Tbsp crushed coriander (15)
1 tsp crushed cardamom (15)
1/2 oz Bitter Orange (5)
1 tsp crushed coriander (dry in primary)
1 tsp crushed cardamom (dry in primary)

This beer is a really good summertime quencher,just watch that
7.1% ABV!
