Grain Bill:

8 lbs. Belgian Pilsner Malt
1 lb. Wheat Malt
1 lb. Carapils
6 oz Belgian Aromatic Malt
12 oz. Light candi sugar

Hop Bill:

1 oz. Saaz 4.25% added to mash discarded prior to boil
1.75 oz. Saaz 4.25% 60 minutes

.5 oz sweet orange peel 15 minutes
.3 oz bitter orange peel 15 minutes
.4 oz crushed coriander 5 minutes
.25 oz crushed coriander flame out

Mash Schedule:

127 degrees - 20 minutes
152 degrees - 60 minutes
168 degrees - 10 minutes

Brewers Notes:

1/2 tsp calcium chloride added to mash, lactic acid in sparge. 1/2 of water used preboiled night before
