ANY WINE YEAST
4OZ'S CORN SUGAR FOR PRIMING

Brewers Notes:

BRING 3 GALLONS WATER TO BOIL. ADD ALL MALT AND CORN SUGAR ALONG WITH THE 2OZS OF NORTHERN BREWER HOPS. BOIL FOR 60 MINUTES. STRAIN INTO FERMENTER AND ADD CASCADE HOPS. WHEN FERMENTATION IS DONE (3 TO 6 WEEKS) ADD 4OZS CORN SUGAR AND FININGS TO ONE CUP BOILED WATER AND PUT INTO BREW. BOTTLE WAIT THREE WEEKS AT LEAST AND ENJOY.
