Extract
Malts:
12 lbs light malt extract
2 lbs Honey
1 lb crystal malt (40L, steep 35 min)
Hops:
2 oz Chinook hops (boil 60 min)
3 oz Fuggle hops (boil 30 min)
1 oz Fuggle hops (5 min)
Yeast:
Wyeast - American Ale
add malt and honey to 6 US gallons of water and bring to a boil.
Add hops as per schedule above.
Chill to 65 F and add yeast.
