Brewed 3-22-96

6# Munton & Fison light liquid extract
1# Munich malt
1/2# munich malt (toasted)
1/2# 6-row crystal (40L)
1/3# Victory malt
1 tsp gypsum (added to boil)
2 oz Cluster plug 7.8% (60)
1.5 oz Liberty plug 5.5% (15)
1/2 oz Liberty plug 5.5% (10)
1/2 oz Liberty plug 5.5% (1)
1/2 oz Liberty plug 5.5% (dry)
1/2 tsp irish moss (15)
R.T.P. US Ale yeast with 1 pint starter

o.g. 1.052
f.g. 1.010

Brewers' specifications: Home toast 1/2# munich malt
at 350 Df for 10 min. Steep grains at 150 df for 30 min.

Try this one if you like assertive hops with citrusy character.
Hop bitterness/flavor is balanced with the toasted malt profile.
