10# Domestic 2-row
.5# 40L Crystal
.25# Victory Malt

Hops:
1.5 oz Cascade Plugs(5.8%) 80 minutes of boil
0.5 oz Kent Golding Plugs(5.0%) 80 minutes of boil
1.0 oz Cascade Plugs(5.8%) Final 15 minutes of boil
0.5 oz Kent Golding Plugs(5.0%) Final One Minute of boil
1.0 oz Cascade Plugs(5.8%) Dry hopped-7 days

Irish moss, 15 minutes of boil

Yeast: Wyeast 1272, American Ale #2, in starter

Mash one hour at 156F. Boil 90 minutes. O.G.=1.054, F.G.=1.009
