Yeast: Edme Dry!
Yeast Starter: None
Batch Size: 5 US Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.016
Alcohol Content: ~5 %
Total Grains: 9 US lbs
Color:
Extract Efficiency: 75 %
Hop IBU's: 35
Boiling Time: 60
Primary Fermentation: 1 week at 68 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks at 66 degrees

Grain Bill:

7 lbs Briess Pale Malt
1 lb English Crystal 80L
1/2 lb Flaked Wheat
1/2 lb Flaked Barley

Hop Bill:

1 oz Willamette, 5% AA, 60 min
1 oz Willamette, 5% AA, 20 min
1 oz Tettnang, 4.5% AA, 10 min
1 oz Tettnang, 4.5% AA, 3 min

Mash Schedule:

90 minutes at 152 degrees
15 minutes at 170 degrees
