Total Grains: 11.5 Lbs
Color: 3-4
Extract Efficiency: 65 %
Hop IBU's: 39
Boiling Time: 60
Primary Fermentation: 7 days 65 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 7-10 days 65 degrees
Additional Fermentation: none

Grain Bill:

10 Lbs Pale Ale malt
1 Lb flaked maize
0.5 Lb torrified wheat
2 Lbs honey at finish
steep 15 min

Hop Bill:

1.0 Ounce perl @ 60 min
1.0 ounce cascade @ 15 min
1.0 ounce cascade @ finish

Mash Schedule:

single infusion mash 2 153-155 degrees for 60 min
or until starch conversion
168 degrees mashout 10 min

Brewers Notes:

sparge slowly over 45-60 min.
boil for 60 min adding hops
as per schedule.
