Boiling Time: 75 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days @ 65F
Secondary Fermentation: 21 days @40F

10 lbs Munich 10L
1 lb Aromatic 26L
Hop Bill:
3 oz. Spalt 4.1 AA - 60 Minutes
Mash Schedule:
Mash @ 156F for 90 minutes (1.25 qt/lb)
Mashout @ 168 for 10 minutes
Sparge to collect 6 Gallons
Brewers Notes:
Very easy to make and it tastes great! Very malty with assertive hop bitterness. Substitute Hallertauer Mittelfruh or Ultra for Spalt only if you have to.
