Yeast: John Bull
Yeast Starter: None
Batch Size: 5 US Gallon
Original Gravity: 1.042
Final Gravity:
Alcohol Content: 4 %

Hop IBU's:
Boiling Time: 30 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 5 days
Secondary Fermentation: 1 week

Grain Bill:

4.5 lbs John Bull Hopped Pils Lager
1.5 lbs clover honey

Hop Bill:

.5 0z Saaz finishing last 10 minutes

Mash Schedule:

Added 4.5 lbs of hopped extract to 1 Gal boiling water. 20 minutes into boil, added honey and saaz hops.

Brewers Notes:

I bottled with 3/4 cup of corn sugar. The next time I brew it I will reduce to 1/2 cup of corn sugar or light DME. Slightly too much head. Great taste and no aftertaste.
