Grain Bill:

9.5 lbs. Great Western 2 row Malted Barley
1 lb. Crystal Malt 40L
1/2 lb. Victory Malt
1/4 lb. Carapils Malt
2 lbs. Orange Bolssom Honey

Hop Bill:

1 oz. Centennial hop pellets at start of boil
1 oz. Centennial hop pellets final minute of boil

Mash Schedule:

Single infusion mash by heating 2 1/2 gallons of water to 165-168 deg. Add grains and temp should drop to 150-155. Mash for one hour, sparge with 5 gallons of 175 deg water. Collect run off and bring wort to a boil add honey and hops and boilo for 1 hour.
