Primary Fermentation: 7 days 65-68F
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days 45F

16 lbs pale 2 row
2 lbs carastan
1 lb carapils
1/2 lb red wheat

Hop Bill:

2-1/2 oz hallartaur 90 min a.a.l ?
1-1/2 oz cascade 20 min 5.5%
2 oz cascade @ finnish of boil 5.5%

Mash Schedule:

Mash at 153F for 90 mins. Sparge with 170F to end up with 13 gals.

Brewers Notes:

I've gotten lazy and don't keep records like I should. After secondary fermentation I keg the beer leaving the yeast on the bottom of the fermenter, then dump the new batch on top.
