one can Laaglander irish ale extract 3.3pounds
one can Morgans Masterblend
2.2 pounds dark crystal

Hop Bill:

4 oz Mt Hood hops, 2 oz at 30 min,
one at 5 minutes and one at 1-2 min.

Exceptionally easy.

let ferment for two weeks at room temp (approx 70 F)
3/4 cups inverted sugar for priming (3/4 cups cane sugar gently boiled for 20 minutes with 3 tablespoons lemon juice and a cup of water.
age at same room temp 70 degrees for a month.
best if drink at room temp
