Nut Brown Ale

7 # amber extract
1 # crystal 80L
1 # victory
1/2 # chocolate
1 oz. nugget 14.0% x 40 minutes
1.5 oz. willamette 5.1% x 40 minutes
1/2 oz. willamette 5.1% last 12 minutes
1 packet edme ale yeast

Grains were placed in the brew pot in cold water and removed just before the boil. Hops were boil as noted above. This recipe is for 5 gallons.
