Fishtale Ale

Extract
Ingredients:
4 lbs Light Dry Extract
1.6KG Brewmakers American Beer Kit
1/2 lb. Choclate Malt
2 1/2 lbs Honey
3 cups corn sugar
1 oz. Cascade Hops (flavoring) 30 min
1 oz. Cascade Hops ( finishing) 5 min
1 tsp Irosh Moss
Wyeast 1056

Put grains in sack, seep til water comes to boil. Remove from heat, add malt, honey, sugar.
Boil for 30 min...Add first ounce hops, and Irish Moss. Boil additional 25 minutes, add 2nd ounce of hops.
Ferment in primary for 7 days.Rack to secondary..after 3 days or when fermentation has stopped,{optional} refrigerate lowering temp to 42 degrees.
Bottle when beer is clear with 3/4 cup priming sugar.
Beer improves with age.
Caution...this beer has reached 8 percent. And is sneaky, cause the flavor is so smooth.
