Scott & kims 1st Anniversary Ale

Extract Recipe using grains
6lbs. light dry extract
1lb. 2 row pale malt (home toasted)
1/2lb. 60 lov. crystal malt
1/2lb. cara-pils
1/4lb. chocolate
1oz. Hallertau pellets @ start of boil
1/2oz Goldings pellets @ 45min into boil
1/2oz. Hallertau @ 50 min.
1/2oz. Goldings @ end of boil
1tsp. Irish moss @ 45 min.
Wyeast #1084 Irish ale yeast (All my crappy homebrew shop had left)
3/4 cup corn sugar for priming
Mashed grains @ 150 deg. f. for 1/2 hour
sparged with 170 deg. f. water
Primary for 11 days @ approx 70 deg.
Secondary for 14 days
