Okay....here's what's planned:
gluten free foods, you mean breads and such? I will be having wild rice salad with asparagus, olive oil and reduced balsamic vinegar, thursday night is a pizza night, friday night is a fish fry/french fries/smoked salmon, Saturday night is the pig roast with fresh corn on the cob.
For snacks there will be cold and hot smoked salmon, elk roast, venison roast, and many chips/dips/salsas, fresh fruits of all kinds, and fresh peaches from elder rat from harry and david.
Breakfasts are thus: every day there will be fresh breads and (homemade)jams/jellies, one day is omelettes/hash browns, one day is scotch eggs/biscuits, one day is belgian waffles.
Lunches at all times will be fresh bread and cold cuts for sandwiches (make your own), and a huge fresh salad. Each night we will have the grill lit and put on hamburgers/chicken breast, whatever people would prefer who do not like what is being cooked for the group. We have several different allergy laden rats so we are quite open to suggestion.
You are welcome to bring whatever you would like to--this is just what I have planned. The suggestion has been to bring your favorite special food, something that is indigenous to your area or a specialty of yours...so let that be your guide.
