if people would like to email you with what they are sending here, so you can catalog it, would that make sense to you? I would unpack everything and put it in one place so that when you get here, it's all done. You aren't getting to the fest till friday morning, seems it might be easier?
Also, can people PayPal you money for raffle tickets? I think we need to find that roll of tickets we have somewhere and send it out to you...
