Willamette 4.9% 10 min Notes: I remember my Grandfather talking about very high hopped pre-prohibition American Lagers that he called American Pilsners. He said that they had between 15% to 30% corn in the recipe. I did some digging around and found some references to this style (The Brewery website and a Brewing Techniques from a couple of years ago). I must say it was one of the clearest worts I have ever produced. It came out very high hopped and sweet.
