Remove from heat and add can of Light Lager and 2lbs of drymalt. Bring back to a boil. Add 1 oz. of Hallertau hops and simmer for 20 minutes. At the last minute of simmer add 1/2 hallertau. Add enough cold water (60f) to your wort until you achieve 5.5 gallons of wort. Yeast: 2308 Munich Lager W308 strain from Munich. Very smooth, well-rounded and full-bodied.
